How Publishing Scotland is Governed
Publishing Scotland's Board
Publishing Scotland is governed by a Board elected at the AGM. The Board is made up of six publisher members, two network members, Publishing Scotland's Chief Executive, and two non-executive members. The current Board consists of:

- Angus Konstam, SOAIS - Vice-Chair
- Christian Maclean, Floris Books - Treasurer
- Mike Miller
- Ann Crawford, Saint Andrew Press
- Kathleen Brown, Triwords Ltd
- Simon Brown, Anderson Strathern
- Ernst Kallus, Oxford University Press
- Anthony Kinahan, Dunedin Academic Press
- Marion Sinclair, Chief Executive, Publishing Scotland
- Keith Whittles, Whittles Publishing
There is also provision to co-opt non-executive Board members from outwith the publishing sector.
Publishers' Advisory Committee
Reporting to the Board is the Publishers' Advisory Committee (PAC). This committee is made up of ten member publishers and deals with issues specifically relating to the publishers, for instance, cooperative marketing, bookfairs, information and advice. The PAC currently consists of:
