HarperCollins to buy Leckie & Leckie

HarperCollins has signed a conditional contract to buy Scottish education publisher Leckie & Leckie along with Letts and Lonsdale for £10m from their parent company Huveaux. The deal is likely to complete around 19 March after employee consultations.
